Financial Expertise in Manufacturing

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional with robust manufacturing domain expertise and technical experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

  • Job Description:
  • Our ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP FI modules, including General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • The successful candidate will also be an expert in configuring SAP FI system settings, such as chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, posting periods, and currencies.
  • Mastery of financial transaction processing, including journal entries, recurring entries, and payment processing is essential.
  • Proficient with SAP transaction codes related to FI, such as FB01, F-02, F110, FBL1N, and FBL5N.
  • Experience with integration of SAP FI with other modules, like MM, SD, and CO is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of SAP FI reporting and analytics, including generating financial statements and audit reports is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI system issues and errors is critical.
  • Understanding of SAP financial closing processes, including month-end and year-end closing activities is necessary.
  • Familiarity with SAP data migration tools, such as LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs, used in FI data transfers is desired.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, such as IFRS and GAAP is essential.
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance features as FI evolves on the HANA platform is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 financial support focused on manufacturing is required.
  • Expertise in production costing, material ledger, product costing, and internal orders in manufacturing is essential.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with business users and technical teams are required.
  • Problem-solving capability to quickly diagnose and fix FI functional issues is critical.
