Senior Financial Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Directly manage daily finances, arranging capital expenditures and working capital finance from banks as required.
- Supervise the configuration of accounting software to guarantee accurate accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including banks, auditors, and consultants to address any financial concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on GST compliance, filing monthly GST returns in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to TDS compliance, accurately recording expenses and fixed assets in Microsoft Navision.
- Foster strong relationships with statutory authorities such as Income Tax, VAT, and TDS departments.
A comprehensive understanding of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordination with consultants for tax assessments and appellate matters is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be meticulous in their work, and have a thorough grasp of financial regulations.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex financial data, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions.
