Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and management of all order fulfillment activities. This role requires a strong understanding of production planning, order management, inventory management, and logistics processes.

  • Manage and update the production build plan with new updates daily.
  • Validate and verify slotting tool and build plan weekly.
  • Approve all open and new orders, create and manage tool and option orders in the system.
  • Manage shortages and material expediting, daily tool configuration changes and updates.
  • Work with the shipping department to ensure proper packing and shipment of orders.
  • Manage outsourcing supply planning and forecast, purchase order management, and troubleshoot invoice and material receipt issues.
  • Manage spare part allocation and shipment, supporting field service team.
  • Support finance/AP processes, including customer returns and invoice troubleshooting.
  • Manage SFDC case and quote management, tool and options quotes and order entry, and customer relationship management.
  • Manage new product introduction processes, including BOM and part number creation/changes, and expediting materials and placing part orders.
