The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background with a degree in Information technology or Computer Science. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Administration role for Windows Desktop & Server-side operating systems is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Windows Server 2023-22, Windows 2019, Windows 11/10, VM Ware
  • Implement centralized patch management and standard policy implementation

Support Functions:

  • Perform log analysis and ensure high availability
  • Liaise for security aspect and manage patch & upgrade management
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls

Storage Technology:

  • Implement RAID, SAN, NAS, Backup Management and object based storage

Debugging & Analytics:

  • Utilize Mantis, Jira, Bug Reporting etc., MS Excel, Dashboard & reporting

Other Responsibilities:

  • Track requests, possess sound reading ability and detail oriented with focus on accuracy
