About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to support our senior leadership team as an administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups with accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and task management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential matters.
