Cloud Support Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud migrations, Windows Server management, Office 365 administration, printer setup, networking, Active Directory management, remote support, and RDP configurations.

  • Windows Server Management: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Remote Support Services: Deliver expert-level remote support services to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
  • Cloud Migration: Oversee end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Office 365 Administration: Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Printer Setup: Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  • Networking Solutions: Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Active Directory Administration: Administer Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • RDP Configuration: Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional support to our clients.
