Property Investment Analyst

We're looking for a diligent and analytical professional to evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where you'll review deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and decide whether deals stack.

  • Analysing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Are meticulous — you check your work three times, not once
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Have strong integrity — you're careful because the numbers matter
