About The Opportunity

We are expanding our sales and marketing team, focusing on digital ecosystems for startups and SMEs. As a key player in this initiative, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads via Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Clutch.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Collaborate with the design team to set up Meta Ads campaigns and optimize their performance.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Manage outreach, follow-ups, and client requirement capture to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer experience.
  • Pitch Deck Development:
  • Work closely with the design team to create compelling pitch decks and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Funnel Optimization:
  • Support in building inbound and outbound funnels to drive lead conversion and revenue growth.

About You

Requirements for Success:

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing within the IT or software industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Key Tools:
  • Be well-versed in using Sales Navigator, Upwork, Meta Ads, and CRM tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

  • Show a strong desire to meet and exceed targets, driven by a passion for growth and success.
