Key Content Creator Role

Seeking a skilled content creator with expertise in Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Transformation technologies to craft compelling narratives that establish our organization as a thought leader in the Data & AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create various content types including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation.
  • Translate complex concepts into engaging narratives for both technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers and SMEs to ensure content accuracy.
  • Support product marketing and sales enablement with persuasive content assets.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Data, AI, and digital ecosystems.
  • Manage editorial calendars and maintain brand tone consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing preferably in AI, Data Science, Cloud, or Digital Transformation domains.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools, Data platforms, Cloud technologies, and digital strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience writing for developer audiences, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, and Trello.
