  • Accuracy and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate and complete billing information, encompassing prices, quantities, and applicable discounts or taxes.
  • Client Invoicing and Communication:
    • Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients according to agreed-upon billing schedules or terms.
  • Billing Software and Tools:
    • Utilize billing and accounting software to generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Billing Discrepancies and Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies, including incorrect charges, disputes, or billing errors.
  • Payment Processing and Reconciliation:
    • Collaborate with the finance and accounts receivable teams to ensure timely payment receipt and accurate recording.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
