Key Application Manager Position:

We seek an experienced Enterprise Solutions Manager with 8–10 years of expertise in managing corporate applications across various sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Application Governance & Optimization:
    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise applications (HR, Finance, Operations, Sales & Legal).
    • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like SAP Treasury.
    • Ability to support integration of COTS, bespoke & cloud-native applications.
    • Experience towards cloud platforms – Azure & AWS.
    • Knowledge of AI & AI application use cases.
    • Evaluation and development of new applications.
  • Regulatory Compliance Support:
    • Liaise with external regulatory bodies.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.
  • Project Management:
    • Support application changes and enhancements related to IFRS.
    • Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects.
  • Incident Resolution:
    • Lead resolution of application-related incidents.
    • Adhere to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.
  • Vendor Relations:
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
    • Optimize application budgets and licensing costs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with multiple teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
    • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
    • Provide regular updates on application health, risks, and roadmap.
  • Information Security:
    • Mitigate observations from the Info-Security Team.
    • Face internal & external audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
