Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support and create content in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries.
  • Maintain records of each interaction for future reference.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance colleagues' skills.
  • Offer outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers for further information.
  • Collect feedback from customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
  • Create engaging content for the team aligned with marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent fluency in spoken and written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English. A minimum of 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages is required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
