The Branch Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business operations.
This individual is responsible for managing various aspects of our business, including compliance, disbursement, and delinquency management.
- Compliance: Ensure that all transactions are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Disbursement: Authorize the release of funds to customers.
- Delinquency Management: Identify and address any issues related to customer payments.
Additionally, this role involves vendor/cost management and quality management in terms of audit, compliance, and hind-sighting.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Disbursements of Sanctioned loans
- Knowledge of Mortgage Operations
- Basic knowledge of Banking
- Good Knowledge of computer applications
