About This Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled CPU Architecture and Logic Design Lead to drive innovation in high-performance systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interconnect topologies that meet bandwidth, latency, and RAS requirements
  • Create high-level designs and present them for discussion
  • Design micro-architectures, develop RTL code, and collaborate with verification, DFT, physical design, firmware, and software teams
  • Ensure pre-silicon designs meet functional, area, and timing goals
  • Participate in silicon bring-up and validation of hardware

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • At least one generation of processor interconnect design delivery leadership (e.g., UPI, AXI, AMBA, NoC)
  • Expertise in SMP coherency
  • Experience with different on-chip interconnect topologies (e.g., mesh, crossbar)
  • Understanding of snoop and data network protocols
  • Knowledge of latency and bandwidth requirements and effective implementation methods
  • Working knowledge of queuing theory
  • Familiarity with numa/nuca architecture
  • Proficiency in HDLs - VHDL/Verilog
  • Experience in high-speed and power-efficient logic design
  • Collaboration with verification, validation, and physical design teams for design closure
  • Understanding of physical design and ability to work with physical design teams
  • Leadership experience in uarch and RTL design teams
