About the Role

Lotus Interworks is seeking a seasoned Director of Revenue Retention to lead our efforts in maximizing customer lifetime value and driving sustainable revenue growth through effective retention strategies and proactive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a strategic leader who can develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies to minimize customer churn and maximize recurring revenue.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving retention rates and increasing customer lifetime value, with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach to decision-making.
  • Collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams is essential to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • A strong focus on data-driven decision-making, with experience in retention analytics tools and CRM platforms, is required.
  • The role involves creating and maintaining accurate revenue forecasting models with a focus on retained revenue, as well as designing and implementing early warning systems to identify and address at-risk accounts proactively.
  • A key aspect of this position is leading customer outreach programs to strengthen relationships and foster loyalty.
  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills to join our team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue retention, customer success, or a related field, with a proven track record of improvement in retention rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models, retention analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being desirable.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
