Conversational AI Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Engineer to join our team. As a Conversational AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational interfaces that provide seamless interactions with users.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop conversational flows using RetellAI.com, handling multiple branches, edge cases, and real-life conversation patterns.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver client-ready solutions.
  • Test, debug, and refine agent behavior to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Document workflows and provide best practices for scalable agent builds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise with RetellAI.com, specifically in conversational flow creation.
  • Experience with Make.com and/or n8n for workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Evidence of completed projects showing real conversational flows.
