About Conversion UX:

Conversion UX is a boutique agency that specializes in helping ecommerce businesses increase their website sales by making their site convert better. With better UX/UI, copy, user research. We are a small, highly motivated team dedicated to delivering results for our clients.

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization and UX Design person to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder and gain valuable experience in conversion rate optimization and user experience design. So if you're doing a bachelor's in BBA, marketing field, or UX design (this is quite relevant for you). We're open to applicants from any field who have the interest to learn and contribute seriously at the same time.

Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas (you'll be learning how to use Figma , a design tool)
  • Analyse data to find gaps in e-commerce and services websites (you'll learn Google Analytics )
  • Conduct user research - study heatmaps, scroll maps, and user session recordings
  • Assist with A/B tests to improve website conversion rates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and UX trends and best practices
  • Work with brands from all parts of the globe, especially US, Europe and India.

Requirements:

  • Completed a degree in design, marketing, or a related field
  • Highly motivated, passionate about learning and contributing seriously
  • Strong interest in UX design and conversion rate optimization
  • An eye for design (essential) – you observe good design and find what makes it unique
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma (essential), Google Analytics, and Hotjar is a plus

Schedule:

8 hours per day - 9am to 5pm

You'll be paid:

From INR 25K/mo

Location:

Palavakkam / Neelankarai ECR, Chennai
