Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - India & US Compliance & Audit

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in India & US Compliance & Audit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review all compliances with the help of consultants in US & India, Singapore/Indonesia will be a plus.
  • Analyze the notices received and address them with the help of consultants for all countries and submit risk finding report to the senior management.
  • Submit all transaction documents, resolve queries and liaise with tax consultants to ensure tax compliance for all Countries.
  • Administer all direct tax and indirect tax processes/notices and compliance, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax audit, payroll taxes etc.
  • Liaise with the tax consultant and auditors with respect to the submissions, Stat Audits, assessment and appeal hearings before tax authorities in connection with the above.

Requirements:

  • MBA (Finance)/CMA/CA Inter/ Equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in Tax compliance Direct and Indirect, finalization of accounts and audit closure and replying audit questions.
  • Strong Accounting and Compliance - Direct and Indirect taxes Knowledge.
  • Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
  • Working knowledge on US GAAP financials is value added.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks/Zoho books.
