About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our business goals and objectives. You will participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with leaders and executive management to drive strategic initiatives
  • Provide work direction to less experienced staff

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:
  • EUCT Testing, Program Management, Reporting skills, Data Visualization

Additional Requirements:
  • Able to gain an understanding of various tools through interaction with the tool owners
  • Experience building test scripts for tools
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing findings from reviews of a tool
