Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare IT Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving technology transformation and process optimization within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Advisory: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to conduct comprehensive needs assessments, design tailored IT strategies, and deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Strategic Consulting: Provide guidance to clients on emerging trends such as artificial intelligence in healthcare, lead large-scale change management initiatives, and oversee digital transformation projects from concept to execution.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of healthcare IT systems, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT consulting, including significant exposure to presales, business development, and project execution.

You should possess a deep understanding of healthcare operations, digital health technologies, regulatory frameworks, and data security. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience working with global delivery models, multicultural teams, and remote project management is also desirable.
