Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in managing teams, and have experience with MS Outlook and Office.

The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring and distributing daily workflow among team members, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TATs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy and speed, while also driving automation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of work experience, with a proven track record in team handling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and Office
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an added advantage
Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and distribute daily workflow among team members
  2. Manage team of invoice processing
  3. Ensure SLAs, TATs, and KPIs are met
  4. Exception handling and escalation resolution
  5. Act as first point of contact for issue resolution
  6. Escalate critical issues to management or stakeholders
  7. Ensure all AP processes comply with internal control and audit requirements
  8. Assist in internal/external audits with necessary documentation
  9. Performance monitoring
  10. Motivation and engagement
  11. Process improvement
  12. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and speed
  13. Drive automation
