Payroll Manager Role

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to oversee the configuration and compliance of payroll processes for an organization. The manager will be responsible for managing complex payroll elements, including taxation rules setup and balance adjustments.

  • Key responsibilities include configuring New Legal Entity (LE) settings and integrating payroll tools

Technical Expertise Required

  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in HCM Data Loader (HDL)
  • Skilled in Fast Formulas for payroll logic
  • Hands-on experience with Payroll Processes is necessary

Leadership and Team Management Skills

  • Effective team management and issue resolution are crucial skills required for this role
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to work closely with leadership and payroll business teams
  • The ability to guide teams through complex payroll scenarios and ensure timely completion is essential

Reporting and Analytics Capabilities

  • Exposure to BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting is desired
  • The ability to generate and interpret payroll reports for audits and business insights is necessary
