Performance Marketing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
  • Develop strategic media plans and optimize campaign execution to achieve 10X+ return on ad spend (ROAS) in the EdTech industry.
  • Develop and implement programmatic advertising strategies and media buying tactics to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources across channels to maximize lead generation quality.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to refine campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROAS regularly.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and at least three years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, programmatic ads, and media buying.
