**Job Title:** Brand Lead
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine the brand architecture, messaging, and positioning to align with our strategic goals.
  • Design and execute national and regional branding campaigns that drive growth and market leadership.
  • Create localized brand strategies for micro-markets and individual centers to maximize our reach.
  • Collaborate with digital and performance teams to integrate brand and growth initiatives.
  • Develop compelling brand narratives (social, web, video, influencer, offline) that build strong relationships with parents.
  • Maintain a high standard of brand representation across digital review platforms and aggregators.
  • Conceptualize and implement on-ground activations, events, and partnerships with parenting communities.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistency and excellence in brand representation.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably with multi-location consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to translate brand campaigns into measurable growth metrics.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel brand building and digital + offline integration.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Passion for education, parenting, and purpose-driven brands.
