Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in performing and managing business valuation engagements for both financial reporting (US GAAP) and Tax Reporting for various industries.
Your responsibilities include assembling market/guideline/comparable financial and valuation data, reviewing 3rd party valuations, and understanding of US Tax laws.
You will also be responsible for Financial Modelling, Reviewing of 3rd party valuations, Litigation arising out of Shareholder disputes etc., and Understanding of US Tax laws.
You should have proven hands-on experience, ability and interest to work on multiple high-value projects simultaneously, and demonstrated proficiency in financial management software or willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- CFA, CA, MBA etc.
- CFA or MBA (Finance) preferred
- 8+ years' experience in business valuation field
- Ability to think laterally and analytically
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgement and great ethical values
