Real Estate Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Management Specialist to support a critical initiative in harmonizing our real estate processes.

The successful candidate will perform end-to-end analysis of existing processes, propose harmonized to-be processes, and define requirements for Real Estate. They will drive solution design, development, and implementation, configuring and supporting SAP RE-FX processes within S/4HANA, aligned with SAP Best Practices and Fiori.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough analysis of existing real estate processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing harmonized solutions.
  • Define requirements and steering model for Real Estate, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive solution design, development, and implementation, utilizing expertise in SAP RE-FX system configuration and integration with SAP FI-CO.
  • Configure and support SAP RE-FX processes within S/4HANA, aligning with SAP Best Practices and Fiori.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare documentation, and support testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal IT teams, promoting effective collaboration and information sharing.
  • Recommend and design future-state real estate solution architecture in SAP S/4, ensuring compliance with IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure strong RE-FX and FI-CO integration, driving business value and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong expertise in SAP RE-FX system configuration and integration with SAP FI-CO.
  • Solid understanding of cost controlling in RE-FX, including IFRS16 lease contract valuation processes.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to RE-FX, leveraging technology to enhance business performance.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), enabling clear and concise exchange of information.
