Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Lead to lead our team in delivering high-quality architectural designs for complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage project budgets, resources, and schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate concept designs for high complexity projects.">
  • Refine selected design options into schematic and final designs.">
  • Cross-coordinate design requirements across disciplines for complex projects.">
  • Conduct design value engineering for complex projects.">
  • Review and validate design deliverables for medium to high complexity projects.">
  • Develop tender documents and provide support during the tender process.">
  • Review design deliverables of medium complexity projects.">
  • Support project teams in reviewing design deliverables.">
  • Manage project contractual risks.">
  • Assist in monitoring and managing project budget and schedule.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.">
  • Master's Degree in Architecture or related field preferred.">
  • 10+ years of industry experience in architectural design.">
  • Strong experience in developing designs for large and complex projects.">
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural design field.">
  • Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.">
  • Exposure to global best practices and trends.">
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to details.">
