Seeking a visionary Architectural Leader to spearhead our architectural projects. This individual will leverage their expertise in design standards, technical proficiency, and client-centric approach to drive innovative solutions across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs, incorporating creative and functional elements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and design professionals, to bring the design vision to life.
Project Coordination and Management
  • Lead project coordination efforts, aligning internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and clients to meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Ensure seamless integration between architectural design, construction feasibility, budgets, and schedules.
Sustainability and Innovation
  • Promote eco-friendly design practices and materials in architectural solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest architectural trends, technologies, and innovations to enhance design excellence.
Client Engagement and Stakeholder Relations
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication, design reviews, and adaptive problem-solving.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and workshops to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent certification) is preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with US-specific building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
