We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow solution architect to lead the design and implementation of robust service management solutions.

This key role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, ITIL frameworks, and software development best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using industry-leading methodologies.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform routine platform maintenance, including version upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Provide end-user training and technical support for deployed solutions.
Mandatory Skills :
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Administration, including platform configuration, customization, and third-party integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills :
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow Agile.
