Job Summary: The ITBM Specialist will be responsible for the administration, scripting, integration, and development of IT Business Management (ITBM) solutions. This role requires expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

Key Responsibilities:
Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts to automate processes and enhance system functionality.

Integration: Design and implement integrations between ITBM and other enterprise systems.

CMDB Management: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

ITSM: Implement and manage ITSM processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

Project Portfolio Management: Manage and oversee the project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in ITBM administration, scripting, and integration.

Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and PPM.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.

Experience with ITBM tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
