Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Technology Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Technology Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the implementation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of complex enterprise systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to clients on the implementation, configuration, and deployment of enterprise systems.
  • Solution Design: Design and implement solutions that meet the business requirements of clients, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and reliable.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise systems, including installation, upgrades, and health checks.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on the use of enterprise systems, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Openlink Endur product, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in areas such as installation, upgrades, health checks, database administration, and performance tuning.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and processes, including financial markets, commodities, and derivatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
