Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced specialist to design, implement and maintain a robust Adobe Campaign Classic infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, analytics, business and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration, technical enhancements and customer experience.

  • Configure and manage Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC), including data integration / ingestion after campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain data models, schemas to support customer data management and analysis in ACC.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical problems in Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements (Data Governance).
Data Integration
  • Utilize Query Service in ACC to create custom queries, aggregate data and generate insights.
  • Configure new data sources, such as CRM, ERP or social media platforms, to ingest into ACC.
Technical Expertise
  • Experience with data integration, APIs and cloud-based architectures.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining large-scale Adobe projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
