Our organization is looking for a skilled System Reliability Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our digital backbone, supporting millions of customers worldwide.

About the Role:

As a System Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying potential system issues early, implementing preventive measures, and boosting system resilience. Your mission is to reduce incidents, automate processes, and contribute to delivering at scale while driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer reliability by identifying potential system issues early, implementing preventive measures, and boosting system resilience.
  • Automate for speed by building tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
  • Solve problems at scale by participating in root cause analysis (RCA), driving corrective and preventive actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Optimize performance by applying programming and scripting expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.
  • Mentor & grow by sharing knowledge with peers, championing best practices, and pushing for innovation.
  • Continuously evolve by staying ahead of new technologies, adapting quickly, and helping shape the future of our IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing & maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response & problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

Must-Have Skills:

  • Java
  • Monitoring/APM tools

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer
  • Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring/APM tools
  • A passion for creating a culture of automation, resilience, and learning
