We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Analyst to oversee and manage our global performance management processes within the Shared Service Centre.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of performance management systems, providing administrative support, and coordinating performance-related activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the administration of performance management programs and systems, ensuring all processes run seamlessly.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into performance management systems.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to schedule, organize, and facilitate performance management events.
  • Monitor and track employee performance progress and completion of reviews or assessments.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the performance management team.
  • Generate detailed reports on performance management activities, outcomes, and metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of global performance management operations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle, SuccessFactors HCM, SAP, or Darwin Box.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
