Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager who can drive our company's people strategy forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in shaping our organization's HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies aligned with relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, payroll, and statutory obligations across regions.
Culture & Engagement:
  • Design initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive company culture.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with teams across locations to understand concerns and drive solutions.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
  • Create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Performance & Development:
  • Implement and manage Key Result Areas (KRAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and appraisal cycles.
  • Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
HR Operations & Technology:
  • Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) for attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data.
  • Generate reports and insights for leadership to support informed decision-making.
Business Partnership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership.
  • Collaborate with all functions to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of HR experience.
