**Job Summary**

A highly skilled Design Governance Specialist is required to oversee the implementation of governance processes across our interior fit-out business.

This role will drive compliance with our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities for improvement in service quality, timelines, and cost.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, and excellent communication and analytical abilities.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Drive adherence to SOPs across design, execution, vendor, and experience functions.
    • Identify and close operational control gaps impacting service quality, timelines, or cost.
    • Monitor and resolve governance risks related to internal stakeholders.
    • Proactively address non-compliance or deviations.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent.
    • At least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, managing a revenue-generating team or selling design products/services through designers.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, and market trends.
