Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our team in the development of advanced automotive radar systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and integrating cutting-edge radar sensors into our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and integrate radar sensors into our vehicle systems
  • Develop and implement electromagnetic simulations to optimize sensor performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of radar systems
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high-quality performance
  • Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Strong knowledge of radar signal processing and electromagnetic modeling
  • Experience with MATLAB, C++, and Simulink programming languages
  • Familiarity with 3D EM simulation tools like FEKO, HFSS, and CST
  • Hands-on experience with antenna design and hardware development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience working on radar sensor design, simulation, and measurement
  • Knowledge of analytical EM modeling and radar signal processing
  • Experience with design for manufacturability of precision microwave assemblies

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
