Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Automotive Systems Engineer to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited in Bangalore. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex automotive systems.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in automotive systems and components. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create wiring diagrams, schematics, and block diagrams related to electrical systems. Your expertise in analyzing automotive electronic and electrical tools and systems, as well as your knowledge of DIN standards, will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Create wiring diagrams using E3 cable or Autocad
  • Analyze and design high voltage components and circuits
  • Develop 3D master and 3D harness development
  • Work with various automotive communication stacks like CAN, Flex ray, Ethernet etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Industrial/Instrumentation/Automobile Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in analyzing schematics, electrical/electronic components in automotive domain
  • Excellent knowledge of PLM, PDM, CAD tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Power Point
