Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive creative strategies for key client accounts, ensuring they are both culturally and brand-relevant.
- Transform clients' business and communications challenges into actionable insights that inspire original ideas.
Client Partnership and Support:
- Collaborate with client servicing teams to develop outreach strategies across earned, owned, and paid channels.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior clients with confidence and clarity, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business objectives and communications needs.
New Business Development:
- Support high-value pitch opportunities with creative insights, ideas, and planning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with PR, digital, creative, content, and analytics teams to develop and deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster a culture of creativity.
- Mentor junior team members in strategic thinking and planning.
Trend Analysis and Insights:
- Stay up-to-date with developments across earned, owned, and paid channels to inform strategic planning.
- Keep abreast of cultural, social, and consumer trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements for Success:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in creative strategy and brands with a focus on earned-first 'PRable' ideas.
- Experience in a leading PR, digital, or creative agency is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in strategic planning tools and frameworks.
- Multi-sector experience across tech, healthcare, BFSI, enterprise services, lifestyle, and entertainment.
- Proven track record of developing award-winning campaigns.
