Job Description

We are seeking an experienced media and design leader to drive and scale our visual content strategy within the EdTech landscape. In this leadership role, you will play a critical part in conceptualizing and executing high-impact media solutions, mentoring creative teams, and advancing innovation through emerging tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of digital learning assets including microlearning modules, blended and self-paced courses, motion design, and immersive media (AR/VR/XR)
  • Ensuring all design and media outputs meet instructional integrity, brand alignment, accessibility, and project-specific quality standards
  • Collaborating with instructional design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of visual and media elements within digital learning environments
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in media and design, including at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role, preferably within the Media, Design, or EdTech domains
  • Proven ability to work on content/media projects for global audiences, adhering to regional guidelines, localization needs, and cultural sensitivities
  • Hands-on development with Generative AI tools applied to content creation, localization, or media automation
