We are seeking a skilled professional to join our global team and support Partner- and C-suite-level searches across the region.

The Role

As a Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior mandates. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Market Mapping: Creating detailed market maps and talent pipelines for senior mandates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conducting introductory and screening calls with senior candidates.
  • Talent Insights: Delivering in-depth research and insights on firms, markets, and talent pools.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the leadership team on global partner-level mandates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in executive search or consulting is highly valued.
  • A background in global consulting or strategy recruitment is preferred.
  • Research and Analytical Skills: Exceptional research and analytical skills are essential, with the ability to produce structured, actionable insights.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional Asian or Middle Eastern languages are an asset.
  • Personal Qualities: You should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
