Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns in partnership with various stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key partners while creating memorable experiences for travelers worldwide.

You will be hands-on in crafting persuasive proposals, conducting thorough research, coordinating with partners, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns. This role offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands, providing ample opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Define campaign goals, budgets, and timelines.
  2. Create visually compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  3. Monitor destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  4. Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  5. Facilitate professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners.
  6. Leverage AI and digital tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, GA4, Looker, Similarweb, HubSpot, Google Ads) to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
About You
  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skill in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
Success in the First 90 Days
  1. Deliver 2–3 live partner marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  2. Develop a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  3. Publish a monthly "Destination & Trends" memo for the Alliances team.
