We are Licious, a Bengaluru based meat and seafood company founded in 2015 by Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta, our founders, foodies and friends. Our company prides itself on being India's most successful D2C food-tech brand operating in 20 cities across the country, delighting over 32 lac customers with our fresh meat and seafood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulating project-wise financial control sheets, monitoring the same and sending weekly reports to the Leadership Team during project execution.
  • Coordinating with the Execution Team and Finance Team to identify, analyze and execute fund flows for ongoing projects.
  • Interfacing with the Legal Department in formulation of rate contract agreements with vendors.
  • Adhering to statutory compliances and coordinating with respective teams for the submission of relevant documents.
  • Synchronizing with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender/contract documents, cost estimates, billing, variation/ deviation proposals, and claims.
  • Managing supplier performance, cost-saving opportunity identification and action-driven initiatives.
  • Supervising the process of qualifying and selecting appropriate suppliers based on their financial status, capacity, capabilities, and business in general.
  • Functioning on month-end closing activities and providing inputs for the annual CAPEX budget for stores.
  • Administering the Fixed Assets profile and engaged in transitioning the same into SAP/TY.


Requirements:

  • Experience in structuring infrastructure financing transactions and/or procurements and the commercial aspects of the associated documentation.
  • Proficiency in participating in developing strategy, financial, project delivery, business planning, funding, procurement and/or policy analysis.
  • Ability to prepare and share end-to-end reports of assigned stores and their status to the Reporting Manager.
  • Cross-functional expertise in managing procurement activities by liaising with vendors for cost negotiation.
  • Excellence in formulating budgets and implementing systems/procedures, conducting analysis and preparing key reports to exercise financial control and enhance overall efficiency of the organization.
  • Effective communication with excellent negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and analytical approach.
  • Expertise in Project Finance documentation and procedures related thereto.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think analytically, ideate creatively, track meticulously, execute practically, and communicate effectively.
