About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions into the existing technology stack.

  • Design, develop, and implement ML/DL, NLP, and computer vision models and algorithms to address complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in ML/DL with a fully technical background.
  • Experience focused on production projects only, with no capstone or internet-based projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS/Azure), MLOps, API development (FastAPI), and deployment using Docker/Kubernetes.
