As a Staff Software Engineer, you will drive technical direction and execution, elevating the engineering bar at our organization. You will create scalable systems, shape engineering culture, and champion innovation.

We are looking for an experienced individual with strong technical leadership skills to serve as a trusted domain-level architect, mentor, and cross-functional leader. Your expertise in backend development, data & messaging, cloud technologies, system design & architecture, and AI & innovation will be essential in shaping the future of our technology.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Backend Development: Python, Java, C#, or Golang with knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Data & Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo)
  • System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Reusable frameworks, Shared libraries
  • Ai & Innovation: Adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, AI-first engineering practices

Experience: 8 - 15 years. Location: Remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a domain-level architect, defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with strategic business outcomes.
  • Own critical technical decisions across multiple domains, ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Champion adoption of observability, testing, security, and quality standards throughout the organization.
  • Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering technical leadership capacity across the org.
  • Guide adoption of AI-first practices, enabling teams to leverage AI accelerators, LLMs, and automation to increase efficiency.
