Job Opportunity: Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - PHP to drive technical excellence across projects. The ideal candidate will take ownership of backend architecture and development, guiding a team of engineers to deliver high-performance applications.

About the Role

As a Tech Lead, you will lead full stack development using modern PHP frameworks like Laravel. You will architect scalable solutions, oversee project delivery, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive backend development and system integrations using REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services.
  • Manage system integrations via API-based integrations.
  • Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel.
  • Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks.
  • Proficiency in:
  • PHP, Java.
  • ReactJS, Node.js.
  • MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB.
  • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills.
