Project Finance Specialist Opportunity

Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Finance Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Project Finance Specialist will be responsible for performing financial analysis, building and maintaining financial models, conducting budgeting activities, and providing analytical support to project teams. The individual will work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Daily Tasks:

  • Preparing financial reports
  • Monitoring project costs
  • Providing insights to support financial decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originating prospects
  • Structuring proposals/term sheets
  • Coordinating due diligence
  • Managing lender/investor communications
  • Negotiating closing documentation
  • Ensuring post-closing covenants and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrable track record
  • Strong communication and representation skills
  • Integrity and compliance mindset

Benefits:
