We are seeking a Finance Professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance and align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update project/client data to support decision-making and accurate reporting.
  • Create charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
  • Prepare detailed reports on projects and clients, identifying issues.
  • Invoice clients promptly for services, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.
  • Resolve vendor disputes, ensure invoices are entered timely, and reconcile statements of accounts.
  • Manage GST return filings for compliance with Indian regulations.
  • Handle TDS filings for the Indian entity and assist with compliance audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in a Finance team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details
  • Well-versed with MS Office and Google G Suite
