This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Executive Medical Billing at Ambit Global Solution. The role involves handling VOB (Voice Process), Charge entry, payment posting, insurance claims submission, AR follow up on a day-to-day basis.

  • Confirming patient insurance coverage and eligibility through voice processing
  • Reviewing coverage details for a seamless experience for patients and providers
  • Following up on obtained authorizations
  • Determining what patients owe and what insurance might pay
  • Accurately reviewing and posting charges for medical services provided by healthcare professionals.
  • Analyzing patient encounter documentation, such as super bills, operative reports, and medical records, to ensure accurate charge capture and code assignment.
  • Collaborating with coding specialists to verify assigned codes and modifiers, resolving discrepancies or coding-related issues before charge posting.
  • Maintaining billing and coding compliance with regulations like HIPAA, insurance payer guidelines, and government regulations.
  • Maintaining high accuracy in charge entry to minimize errors and discrepancies.
  • Meeting productivity and timeliness targets for charge posting.
  • Prioritizing workload effectively to ensure timely and accurate charge entry.
  • Maintaining accurate records and metrics related to charge posting activities.
  • Preparing reports and analysis as needed, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and performance indicators.
  • Experience in handling denials and insurance claims
