Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Solutions Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on technology advancements and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Wholesale sales and technology, with experience in ERP system enhancements and troubleshooting. They will be able to initiate and manage projects, gathering requirements, testing and implementation of solutions to complex problems.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, internal and external development teams, and providing end-user support for BAU issues. The successful candidate will also lead QA efforts, designing and executing regression tests in support of system upgrades and enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively participate in the Distribution & Wholesale product group adhering to the Agile methodology to facilitate continuous improvements.
  • Identify, analyze and document business processes and technical requirements (solution design, configuration, security, etc.).
  • Ensure that new solutions are clearly documented and that Subject Matter Experts are adequately trained.
  • Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for BAU issues.
  • Communicate regularly with business partners and team members in multiple time-zones.
  • Work closely with internal and external development teams on application design changes and issues.
  • Adhere to a strict change control policy for all application developments and configurations.
  • Lead QA efforts by designing and executing regression tests in support of system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • Experience in Distribution and Wholesale sales required.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in the retail industry preferred.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and delivering technical business solutions.
  • Experience working via the Agile methodology preferred.
  • Hands on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations.
  • Proven ability to learn and test new business application functionalities.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and data sets in order to support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally, including business documentation, such as business process documents, technical specifications and training documents, with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage business change initiatives within a large organization.
  • Experience in end-to-end global operations within a fashion brand preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft technologies including Dynamics AX/365FO and Office 365 preferred.
  • Experience as a business analyst having previously worked on a large-scale project.
  • Logical thinker with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
